Strategic Communications, Awareness, and Community Engagement Support for Early Learning Initiatives in Bexar County RFQ. This RFQ supports two aligned early learning initiatives connected to the Early Matters San Antonio Impact Plan: a countywide early learning awareness and engagement campaign aligned with Too Small to Fail’s “Talking is Teaching: Talk, Read, Sing” initiative, and awareness, adoption, and provider engagement efforts for the regional childcare search tool currently being developed through a broader collaborative initiative. Together, these efforts are designed to strengthen family and community awareness of early learning, brain development, quality care, and available childcare options through coordinated messaging, digital and community-based outreach, learning-at-home resources, provider engagement, and place-based strategies across Bexar County.

Request for Proposals (RFP): The Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) Coaching and Assessment Pilot
The Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS) Coaching and Assessment Pilot RFP supports a collaborative effort to strengthen teacher-child interactions and instructional quality across early learning settings in Bexar County. Grounded in the Early Matters San Antonio Impact Plan, the pilot will provide coordinated CLASS-aligned coaching, assessment, and support through a shared, research-based approach. Early Matters San Antonio is seeking qualified applicants to help implement this pilot and support sustainable quality improvement efforts for educators and providers across the region.
