First Friday Breakfast

Join us for our First Friday Breakfasts at Cappy’s restaurant, held on the first Friday of each month. This event gathers business leaders, community members, and government representatives to discuss pressing issues in childcare, including costs, access, and quality. Enjoy breakfast while exploring opportunities to support childcare through partnerships or advocacy.

Early childhood education is a priority for the 89th Texas Legislative Session, which began on January 14, 2025, and will run until June 2, 2025. Elevating the voices of early childhood professionals throughout the legislative process is a priority of TXAEYC. Legislatures need to hear from educators and administrators in the field as they consider the impact of bills being proposed. The San Antonio Chapter of TXAEYC is here to support that effort for our local advocates. Join us as we fill buses heading to the capital for ECE Rally Day on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
